Offerings may include standalone digital products, such as The Mobile Notary Toolkit™, as well as membership-based access to additional resources, training, and community support. All products and services are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase or enrollment.
Purchases & Access
When you purchase a digital product, including The Mobile Notary Toolkit™, you are granted immediate access to downloadable materials and lifetime access to the version of the product available at the time of purchase. Select purchases, including The Mobile Notary Toolkit™, include a complimentary 7-day trial to The Notary Edge™ Membership. If included, access begins immediately upon purchase and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period. Any included trial access to The Notary Edge™ Membership is time-limited and will expire automatically if not converted into a paid membership.
Membership & Billing
Select purchases, including The Mobile Notary Toolkit™, include a complimentary 7-day trial to The Notary Edge™ Membership. Access to the membership begins immediately upon purchase.
If the membership is not continued beyond the 7-day trial period, access will automatically be canceled at the end of the trial. No charges will be applied unless the user elects to continue with a paid membership plan.
If a paid membership is selected, subscription billing will begin at the end of the trial period and will automatically renew based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, multi-month, or annual) unless canceled prior to the next billing date. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription in advance if they do not wish to continue.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and delivery of digital products and resources, all sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed, regardless of usage or level of access.

All materials provided by The Notary Edge™, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, scripts, training materials, and community content, are the intellectual property of Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC. These materials are licensed for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

If access to a community or membership platform is included, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, spam, solicitation, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. The Notary Edge™ reserves the right to revoke access to any user who violates these guidelines, without refund.
No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and market conditions.
